POLE & LAP DANCING LESSON

Pole and Lap Dancing classes are the perfect way to celebrate with the girls on your hen night so let your hair down and have loads of fun!

During your pole dancing class, you'll learn all kinds of pole dancing tricks and poses and the dance moves that link them together. You'll start off with a warm-up to get your joints moving and then progress to the pole. Your teacher will guide you through various pole moves and before you know it you'll be spinning and dancing to your hearts content

Over the past few years this new and exciting fitness/dance art form has taken the UK by storm… a fitness alternative which not only conditions and strengthens the body but which also improves muscle tone, flexibility, posture and body confidence.

On arrival to help get you in the mood for some serious fun and help steady those nerves each group will receive a bottle of bubbly. The pole dancing package includes a lap dancing lesson where you will learn lap and pole dance techniques such as how to climb the pole which is not as easy at it looks and some simple dance routines. Also covered is how to tease without stripping and how to make pleasure faces which I am sure she will find very useful in her new married life!.

After all that if you dare you can put your newly acquired lap dancing techniques into practice. Participants will perform their routines on the poles, showing off all the sassy tricks learnt and all participants will receive a certificate of commendation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Cost
£25.00 per person- Minimum Number 10

Please note: You will need to pay for a minimum of 10 people to make a booking. You are welcome to have less than 10 participants but you will be required to make up the cost of 10 participants.

Session length
120 minutes

On arrival you will receive 1x Complimentary Bottle of Bubbly or Wine
and Certificates of commendation for each party member

Please note: Your allocated time slot of 120 minutes is reserved for your group only. Your 120 minute slot is allocated for enough time to get changed before and after your dance tuition, photography and certificate presentation. Unfortunately, we cannot grant any time after your allocated slot for lateness, photography or changing. This must all be done within your 120 minute slot.

Pole Dance Parties are available on Saturdays at the following times:
12:00 - 14:00
14:00 - 16:00
16:00 - 18:00

Evenings and weekdays can also be arranged subject to venue availability.
