The Holyrood Group Apartments opened in 2016.  With all guests getting their own private bedroom and en suite Bathroom these wonderful apartments meet all of the COVID room sharing requirements and limitations.  The stunning apartments sleep groups of all sizes in a combination of 4/5/6 Persons  Private Apartments.

The fun apartments are located at the end of the Royal Mile, close to the new Scottish Parliament, Arthur’s Seat, Holyrood Palace, and South Bridge.  Expect to discover numerous bars, restaurants, and the Grassmarket Party Zone all just a short walk from this fantastic location.

Wonderfully set up with recreational areas such as common rooms, Private Group kitchens with breakfast bar and Plasma TVs.  Each apartment has its very on fully equipped kitchen.  All of the bedrooms in each Group Apartments are ensuite with a private bathroom and shower. Sparkling clean and no sharing.

Located just next to Arthur’s Seat, the Palace of Holyrood House, and the Scottish parliament. Only a 5min walk and you’ll find yourself in the vibrant Old Town of Edinburgh where you can enjoy all the magic of the various festivals that are happening during the Summer in Edinburgh.
